For God does not show favoritism
Wisdom speaks.
We must learn through what we go through and Keep walking through the narrow gate. Life is difficult on purpose some people haven’t been delivered from being difficult yet.
Matthew 7:13-14
The Narrow Gate
“You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell[a] is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way.
But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.
My transparent moment.

2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Conclusion.
2 Timothy 2:24-26
A servant of the Lord must not quarrel but must be kind to everyone, be able to teach, and be patient with difficult people.
Gently instruct those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change those people’s hearts, and they will learn the truth.
Then they will come to their senses and escape from the devil’s trap. For they have been held captive by him to do whatever he wants.
Navigating difficult leadership situations is a common challenge for many individuals. It's essential to recognize that difficulties often serve a purpose, helping us grow and develop spiritual maturity. As outlined in Matthew 7:13-14, the narrow path to life is challenging, but it is through these trials that we learn important lessons about ourselves and others. Understanding Romans 2:11, ‘For God does not show favoritism,’ teaches us to extend compassion to those struggling with their own difficulties. Often, individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors are still on their journey toward enlightenment and understanding. Patience and kindness, as emphasized in 2 Timothy 2:24-26, can create opportunities for transformation and healing. It’s important to foster an environment that encourages open communication. Often, those who are termed ‘difficult’ have unanswered needs or unresolved issues. By practicing empathy and actively listening, we can guide these individuals toward a more positive path, potentially leading them to escape from negative influences. The concept of spiritual warfare also comes into play. Many may unknowingly be influenced by outside negative forces, which can result in challenging behaviors. Engaging in prayer and seeking divine wisdom can help illuminate the truth for both ourselves and those we encounter. Supporting difficult leaders requires us to be equipped with both knowledge and compassion, focusing on uplifting others rather than perpetuating negativity. In this way, we all can contribute to a healthier, more understanding community.
