Theme: raising money for our ministry building i must allow the Holy Spirit to keep me in biblical parameters
I need my conscience righteous by doing and saying the right things i don’t believe in following the crowd I need to be different. The Christ like different.
Question.
Would you like to help us financially to have our ministry building built in Georgia I’m not gone ask you to sow a seed only because no way in scripture it uses money as a seed the word is the seed that should be growing in us daily church.
This is the price of the steel building and the size it don’t include the excavator work the land or the concrete slab $19,848.84 plus tax 30x50x12 with a 12x50x9 lean-too and it will be a pic of the computer generated steel building.
Story time.
While the concept of "sowing seeds" is not directly equated to giving money in a literal sense in the Holy Bible, it does refer to the principle of "reaping what you sow". The idea is that giving generously to others, including the poor and to God's work, is like planting a seed that will bring a harvest of blessings. This doesn't mean you're literally sowing money into the ground, but that your actions and generosity will be rewarded by God.
2 Corinthians 9:7
You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.”
Take note this verse highlights the importance of internal conviction in giving and emphasizes that God values a positive attitude in charitable acts.
Motives Matter:
God is more concerned with the heart's attitude towards giving than the amount given.
Cheerful Attitude:
God is said to love those who give with a happy and willing heart, implying that giving should be an act of joy and not a burden.
Beyond Monetary Giving:
While the verse focuses on financial giving, the principle of cheerful giving extends to other forms of offering, such as time, talent, and service.
Conclusion.
God's Blessing:
The verse implies that a cheerful and generous heart will be rewarded by God the Holy Bible teaches that God blesses those who are generous and giving, but it's not a guarantee of financial prosperity. God's blessings come in many forms, and generosity is a way to align oneself with God's will he understand the biblical blessing is salvation We won’t get our resources mixed with our source of hope.
Romans 15:13
I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.
No Specific Mention of Money:
While the concept of sowing and reaping is present, there is no direct verse that equates "sowing seeds" with giving specific amounts of money to a ministry.
Parables of Sowing:
The Holy Bible uses parables, like the one about the sower and the seed, to illustrate how the Word of God affects people in a divine way. The seed, in this case, represents the Word of God, and the soil represents the hearts of those who hear it.
Luke 8:5-15
5 “A farmer went out to plant his seed. As he scattered it across his field, some seed fell on a footpath, where it was stepped on, and the birds ate it.
Other seed fell among rocks. It began to grow, but the plant soon wilted and died for lack of moisture. Other seed fell among thorns that grew up with it and choked out the tender plants.
Still other seed fell on fertile soil.
This seed grew and produced a crop that was a hundred times as much as had been planted!” When he had said this, he called out, “Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand.”
His disciples asked him what this parable meant.
He replied, “You are permitted to understand the secrets[a] of the Kingdom of God.
But I use parables to teach the others so that the Scriptures might be fulfilled:
‘When they look, they won’t really see.
When they hear, they won’t understand.’[b]
11 “This is the meaning of the parable: The seed is God’s word.
Reaping What You Sow:
The principle of sowing and reaping applies to all areas of life, not just finances. If you sow good deeds and generosity, you will reap a harvest of blessings and abundance.
