But what are often conveniently left out of these portrayals are the agonizing consequences of such destructive lifestyles. Meaningful pleasure comes not when we are enslaved by the empty promises of the world, but when we are living in loving obedience to
El Shaddai.

It involves walking with Him daily, treating Him as a close friend which transforms a person's inner life and overflows into selfless love for others. Abiding in His Presence: Actively seeking to recognize His presence and guidance in daily life. It is described as "leaning into" His heart, listening to Him, and allowing His life to take root in one's spiritual heart’s our mind.
Reflection of Character: A close relationship leads to being transformed into His image, which causes one to act with His love, mercy, and compassion toward others.
Surrender and Trust: Giving El Shaddai control of one's life our life is our souls, and relying on Him for comfort and guidance.

When you begin to listen and follow His guidance, you notice His presence influencing your decisions, thoughts, and interactions with others. Abiding in His presence is another cornerstone. It involves intentionally seeking moments of stillness to hear His voice and allow His love to take root deeply in your heart and mind. This kind of spiritual rootedness helps cultivate patience, compassion, and mercy—qualities that become visible reflections of El Shaddai’s character in your life. Furthermore, surrender and trust are essential. Handing over control of your life to El Shaddai provides comfort and strength, especially during challenging times. I've personally experienced how relying on Him transforms uncertainty and fear into peace and assurance. In essence, biblical intimacy with El Shaddai nurtures an authentic, heartfelt connection that enriches every aspect of life. It’s a journey marked by daily commitment, prayerful meditation on scripture, and the ongoing transformation into Christ-like love that impacts not only oneself but also the wider community.
