My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
knowledge (yada in Hebrew; ginosko in Greek) is not merely intellectual information, but an intimate, experiential relationship with YHWH, encompassing mind, emotion, and will. It goes beyond awareness to involve obedience, trust, and loving YHWH, fundamentally beginning with the "fear of the LORD".
Rooted in Reverence: "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge" (Proverbs 1:7), meaning true comprehension starts with honoring and trusting YHWH a person can have knowledge and don’t fear the Lord that was me in 1998 knowledge is a gift from YHWH knowledge is something YHWH provides to those who seek Him, not purely a human achievement.
Knowledge of YHWH’S Ways: Moses asks to "know" YHWH, which is a request to understand His character and deed knowing and applying the deeds and character of YHWH is the knowledge that YHWH
want every human being to have that’s when we can say we know YHWH knowing Him is eternal life.

I also came to realize that this knowledge is a gift from YHWH for those who earnestly seek Him, not just a human achievement. Through prayer, reflection, and obedience, we open ourselves to this divine relationship. In this light, spiritual knowledge becomes a transformative experience that impacts emotions, will, and mind. Ultimately, embracing this intimate knowledge equips believers to resist spiritual deception and walk faithfully in God's ways. From my journey, I encourage others to pursue a heartfelt knowing of YHWH, allowing this divine wisdom to nurture and protect their lives spiritually.
