My spiritual heart. My mind was broke from 11 to 26 i found complete healing through my faith the trauma that i been through, went from childhood trauma to adult trauma.
Psalm 147:3
He heals the brokenhearted
and bandages their wounds.
Meaning of the Hebrew Words.
Brokenhearted (\(\textit{shabar}\)): Implies being shattered, fractured, or crushed, similar to shards of a broken mirror.
Heals (\(\textit{rapha}\)): The root for a complete, restorative, and perfect healing.
Binds up: Refers to the physical act of a shepherd bandaging or dressing a wounded animal, providing comfort and protection.

Some men don’t talk about trauma and hemotions
some men don’t show hemotions.
Because of the childhood trauma i went through many things because of bad hemotion i did not have self-control i dealt with anger for years i went from 0 to 100 over nothing i had no idea the only anger Jesus is in agreement with is a righteous indignation it’s amazing what the word can do for us once we understand and apply word it really does change our behavior and every area about us our feelings and emotions will pass we should not make irrational decisions based upon how we feel or because of our emotions more than likely, it will be the wrong decision decisions because it’s not coming from the posture of our spiritual hearts, our mind’s.
Proverbs 25:28
A person without self-control
is like a city with broken-down walls.
This proverb uses the metaphor of an ancient, defenseless city to warn that a person without discipline is utterly vulnerable to internal impulses, external temptations, and eventual ruin.
The "Spirit" in Biblical Wisdom: Having "no rule over one's spirit" refers to a lack of emotional restraint and inner discipline. It suggests that without self-control, a person's desires (anger, greed, pride, or appetites) take over, allowing chaos and destructive influences to easily enter.
Beloved’s it wasn’t until i decided to look within and to dig deeper within, to get better with my feelings and my hemotions then with Jesus help i begin to control my hemotions and feelings my hemotions and feelings did not control me anymore i took my strength back being mindful of my surroundings and understanding that i don’t have to respond to everything especially when people is attempting to beat me I’m not taking the bait because I’m not an animal i went to Jesus recovery room and i made it one of my appointment this is we were created in the image of God, your capacity to experience a rich, complex range of emotions and feelings is a sacred and beautiful gift from Him yep God gave us our emotions and feelings.
Matthew 11:28: "Then Jesus said, 'Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.'"

I call it hemotion for men and shemotion for women.
The Holy Bible affirms that emotions are a natural and good gift from God, as we are created in His image. However, Scripture teaches that while emotions act as a helpful indicator of your inner life, they are not always reliable or meant to be our master.
It took years for me to understand my hemotions from what’s in the posture of my heart, hemotions come and go and I’ve made life altering decisions because of how i felt when i was a teenager and young adult It was one of the hardest things for me to receive victory over I’ve been through so many hemotional things in my life i remember when i was led by my hemotions.
Sharing my experience dealing with emotional trauma, I realized that healing is not just physical but deeply spiritual. Like the Psalmist says, God heals the brokenhearted and binds their wounds—this means He cares for the deepest parts of our pain and restores us completely. In my darkest moments, anger and uncontrolled emotions felt overwhelming, as if I were trapped in a battle between my feelings and my faith. One breakthrough was understanding that emotions are a gift from God, meant to guide but not to rule us. Learning to identify my "hemotions"—the male emotional struggles I uniquely faced—helped me step back and evaluate my feelings instead of reacting impulsively. The proverb about a city without walls paints a vivid picture: without self-control, we leave ourselves vulnerable. This vulnerability can lead to poor decisions fueled by emotion rather than discernment. But through prayer, scripture, and God’s grace, I began reclaiming control over my responses. I found that making space for Jesus in my daily life—my personal "recovery room"—was crucial. It became my appointment for peace and strength amid turmoil. By embracing my emotions as part of my God-given humanity, yet surrendering their reign to Him, I could face each challenge with renewed hope. For anyone struggling with trauma or emotional pain, remember: healing is a journey that combines faith, self-awareness, and grace. God’s word offers a roadmap to restoration, emphasizing that no broken heart is beyond His touch. Trusting in His compassion has transformed my life, and it can do the same for you.
