Also, guarding our feelings and soul requires more than passive faith; it involves actively using God's Word as a defense against spiritual attacks that can cause illness in both spirit and body. Praying for the Holy Spirit’s empowerment has made a noticeable difference in my resilience. Ultimately, this journey isn't just about avoiding negativity but embracing the restorative power of God's love. It's a lifelong process where spiritual health forms the foundation for overall well-being, making us less susceptible to the disruptive tactics of evil forces like the Nephilim and watches mentioned in scripture.
