and remembering you had him when you were only 14.

Yesterday I woke up at 4:30 AM and wouldn’t change a thing.

I watched my oldest son, D’Andre, close out his time with the U.S. Army and step into his next chapter… Pilot School for the next 4 years. ✈️

And all I could think about was this…

I had him when I was 14 years old.

Back then people saw a teenage mom.

But God saw purpose.

Now that same baby I held in my arms is a man stepping into his calling.

My heart is so full.

Your mama is proud of you, son. ❤️
