Replying to @alens HOW does this compact pilates board provide so many different ways to workout?! I love how space-saving this is, while also being versatile to target every muscle you need! The little counter and timer is an extra perk (the little beeps are motivating to keep doing pushups) and it's cool how many features they thought through on this!
