Where I am 🌸

3 months in and here we are today!

Super proud of myself and how far I’ve come. It has been hard not going to lie you just have to keep going and have a whole lot of persistence to stay on track.

I am not done yet and I’m doing my hardest to keep this up and keep pushing. I am so close to my base goal of 200 flat. And I am 31.4 pounds away from my main goal of 180! I have officially lost 38.1 pounds in about 3 months and I’m so excited to see this journey through. I was tired of making excuses and hated myself for getting this way. But, I did not give up after a week like I usually do, yes I still have cheat days, yes there’s lazy days in between, and yes I’m still working on my routines. It’s not perfect but, these methods are working great for me. No Ozempic, no surgeries, and no restrictions on my foods I eat. I’m ready for this new year coming up and I don’t need a resolution to start because I’m already on it! ❤️👌🏼 wish me luck 🍀

The writer’s story highlights the importance of persistence and self-compassion through setbacks such as cheat days and lazy moments. It’s essential to remember that nobody’s routine is perfect, but consistent effort over time creates real change. One critical takeaway is the writer’s approach of losing weight without external aids like medications (Ozempic) or surgeries. This shows that a sustainable lifestyle change, rather than quick fixes, can lead to lasting results. Incorporating flexibility with occasional cheat days and still maintaining progress helps with mental well-being and reduces the likelihood of burnout. Setting clear, achievable goals like the base target of 200 pounds and the ultimate goal of 180 pounds helps to maintain motivation. Tracking progress in pounds lost, as shown here with a 38.1-pound reduction over three months, provides a tangible measure of success that keeps momentum going. Embracing vulnerability, as tagged in this journey, reinforces the value of sharing real struggles and victories alike to inspire others who face similar challenges. This community support can be vital, providing encouragement and accountability. To anyone pursuing weight loss, remember: it's not about perfection. It’s about persistence, adaptation, and celebrating small wins while pushing toward your goals. This journey proves that with dedication and patience, lasting transformation is achievable and empowering.
