Everyone gets a spotlight ✨here

I do the artist’s hair… then end up stealing the spotlight myself. 🥰😈
Working as a stylist in NYC has taught me that the spotlight is not just reserved for the performers on stage but also for those who work tirelessly behind the scenes. My experience has involved much more than simply doing hair — it’s about embracing opportunities wherever they arise, whether backstage, on stage, or in intimate moments with clients. Being a #bossbabe and #nycstylist means wearing many hats: the artist crafting a look, the confidante offering support, and the confident individual stepping into her own spotlight. I have learned that when you pour passion into your craft, you don’t just serve others—you become a source of inspiration yourself. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is empowering fellow women to feel confident and beautiful. It's a powerful thing to witness transformations that go beyond appearance, boosting self-esteem and encouraging boldness. This has made me realize that every stylist, every backstage crew member, and every performer deserves their moment to shine. The journey from behind the chair to onstage presence resonates deeply with many of us who hustle creatively in the city’s fast-paced environment. Success isn’t just about technical skills; it’s also about charisma, energy, and embracing the spotlight when it finds you. Whether it’s making an artist’s hair flawless or confidently owning your own space, each moment adds to the narrative of being seen and celebrated. If you’re building a career in creative fields like styling, remember that your impact extends beyond your craft. Opportunities to shine come in many forms—embrace them fully, and you’ll inspire others to do the same.
