Then comes the meal planning section with diet info, pantry, freezer inventory, grocery list, and meal plan. The next part focuses on cleaning and organizing, with challenges for both. The budgeting section includes Christmas lists, bill payments, and debts. Everything is tracked in the back of the book. I even have a self-love section and a daily self-care routine. It's truly a lifesaver! Especially with ADHD

Having a visual schedule and checklist helps me stay accountable without getting overwhelmed by the bigger picture. It’s about creating routines that stick, rather than aiming for perfection.
Budgeting is another area where my binder shines. Keeping track of bills, debts, and even Christmas shopping lists in one place means no more forgotten payments or last-minute financial stress. It’s all organized, visible, and under control, giving me a clearer picture of our financial health.

My binder is a constant reminder that taking care of myself is just as important as taking care of my home.
