Which other studios should I check out? Let me know in the comments and I’ll try to check them out next month in jakarta 🤍

@Life at Anda - 650k for a day pass, walk in 350k for pilates & 175k for yoga. I loved the day pass session, I think it’s super worth it for a full self care day that gets you to sweat too!

@Platform - 395k for 1 class. I think it’s probably the most expensive class but it’s definitely worth it because it BURNS!!!

@moodjakarta - 155k-180k drop in class depending on location. Even though the class isn’t heated I was sweatinggg and lots of time to practise inversions at the end if that’s what you’re into

... Read moreExploring Pilates and yoga studios in Jakarta offers a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in both fitness and wellness culture. From my experience, choosing the right studio depends not only on budget but also on what type of workout intensity and atmosphere you seek. At Life at Anda, the day pass is an excellent option if you want to dedicate a full day to self-care. The combination of Pilates and yoga classes at reasonable walk-in rates makes it a balanced and accessible choice to both sweat and unwind. It’s perfect for anyone who values a holistic approach to fitness. Platform’s single class price is on the higher end, but the intensity truly justifies the cost. This is ideal if you’re seeking a challenging workout that pushes your limits. Classes that burn calories and strengthen your body can leave you feeling invigorated and accomplished. The studio’s focus on delivering a high-energy experience suits those who want maximum burn in a shorter time. Moodjakarta offers drop-in classes at more affordable rates across various locations. While the classes aren’t heated, I found myself sweating profusely, which shows the effectiveness of the workout. If you enjoy practicing inversions or want ample time to perfect these skills, their classes provide a welcoming environment for progression. In addition to studio preferences, Jakarta’s fitness scene is enriched by other hidden gems that may interest you. Checking out community-based wellness events or smaller boutique studios could provide fresh perspectives and personalized coaching opportunities. Always remember to consider your own fitness goals, preferred class sizes, and atmosphere when exploring new studios. Ultimately, the choice among these studios depends on your personal wellness journey—whether it's a full-day self-care experience, an intense calorie-burning session, or a focused skills practice. Each studio brings something unique to Jakarta’s vibrant fitness landscape, making it an exciting city for Pilates and yoga lovers alike.
