majulah singapura back just in time for the bday of this country (who is a Leo like me) and house of sephora - also tell me why but I kinda missed it
Returning to Singapore around National Day brings a special energy to the city that you can't experience any other time. The phrase 'Majulah Singapura,' meaning "Onward Singapore," truly captures the spirit of progress and unity felt throughout the celebrations. When I arrived at the gate on August 3, the excitement was palpable — families, tourists, and locals all eager to join in. Flying with Singapore Airlines' business class made the journey comfortable and enjoyable, helping me arrive refreshed and ready to explore. Besides the main festivities, I took some time to visit the House of Sephora, which felt more vibrant than ever. Although I missed it before, this time I could appreciate the unique blend of local culture and modern flair it offers. Traveling back for the occasion made me reflect on how Singapore has evolved while still holding onto traditions symbolized by 'Majulah Singapura.' It's more than just a song or slogan; it's a reminder of the nation’s resilience and forward momentum.
