How many days ??
How many days do u wear your pjs for ? For me anything that goes between your legs are 1 - 2 days max ! Moomoos & other night gowns can be worn longer . Sweating in your sleep might be 1 day for all ( if u dont have a washer and dryer at home obviously the time varies ) what are your thoughts
When it comes to wearing pajamas, the ideal duration really depends on the type of sleepwear and your personal comfort, as well as hygiene considerations. According to common practices, bottom pieces such as pajama pants or shorts that go between your legs are typically worn for 1 to 2 days before washing. This is largely due to sweat and general movement during sleep that can cause odor or buildup of bacteria. On the other hand, nightgowns or moomoos—which cover more loosely and are often made of breathable materials—can usually be worn slightly longer as they experience less friction and sweat contact. An important factor influencing how often you change your sleepwear is how much you perspire at night. If you sweat more, it's best to change pajamas daily to avoid discomfort and maintain skin health. Having a washer and dryer at home also affects these habits. Without easy access to laundry facilities, people might wear their pajamas longer but should ensure that they air them well between uses. To extend your pajama freshness, consider using natural fabrics like cotton or bamboo which allow better breathability and moisture absorption. Also, maintaining a good night routine by showering before bed can help keep pajamas cleaner for longer periods. If you notice any irritation or unpleasant odors, it’s a clear sign to switch to a fresh set. In summary, many people wear their pants or shorts pajamas for about 1-2 days and their nightgowns or moomoos for 2-3 days. Adjust these numbers based on your daily routine, climate, and personal comfort to find what’s best for you. What’s your routine when it comes to pajama washing?
