If the world is bad.. just think like Capybara.

1. ❤️ Love doesn't have to be forced.

A good relationship shouldn't cost us ourselves; the book invites a conscious look at love, not enduring everything just for fear of being alone.

If the other person repeatedly afflicts us, retreating can be self-love, not selfishness.

2. 💼 Working life does not have to be happy all the time.

Sometimes we hate Mondays because the workday makes us feel like we have to go back to burden and pressure, but this feeling doesn't always mean we're lazy or troubled.

The capybara idea is to distinguish

What is it that we can control → solve?

What's out of control → Accept and let go through.

3. 🌱 There is no need for "big dreams."

This is one of the very interesting ideas.

Society often makes us feel that we have a big goal to succeed, a proud life to be called a good life.

* * A small happiness is worth it in itself.

Such as

* Have eaten with my family

* Have a break

* Today's work is no problem.

* Do what you like

* Wake up and feel comfortable

There is no need for a "Big Dream" to live a meaningful life.

4. 🗣️ Don't let other people's words dominate us.

Others may criticize us, speak badly, or try to make us feel bad.

But the important thing is that we can choose how much that speech means to us.

If criticism is useful → Improve

If it's just hurting → No need to carry home.

This is a very important "capybara":

It's not that nobody can do anything to us, but we don't need to get everyone into our heads.

5. 😨 Don't wait 100% ready.

Fear is normal, especially when you start something new, but if you wait until everything is ready, you may not start at all.

The book therefore suggests that

Done, then failed → learned.

I didn't do it at all → I wondered, "It would be good to try it."

So sometimes the regret of trying unsuccessfully is better than the regret of never trying.
