Ejercicios Faciles en casa!
Hey everyone! If you're anything like me, you've probably thought about getting fit but felt overwhelmed by gyms or complicated routines. That's exactly how I felt when I started my fitness journey! I was looking for something simple, effective, and most importantly, something I could do from the comfort of my own home. That's why I'm so excited to share my favorite easy home workouts for beginner women that helped me kickstart my strength. You really don't need any fancy equipment – just a little space and a desire to move! My absolute go-to exercise when getting started, and still a staple in my routine, is the squat. You might know it as 'Sentadillas' if you've heard the Spanish term, and it's fantastic for building strong legs and glutes. For a beginner home squat exercise female, focus on form over depth. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly out. Imagine you're sitting back into a chair, keeping your chest up and your core engaged. Go as deep as feels comfortable, making sure your knees don't go past your toes. I started with just 3 sets of 10-12 reps, and honestly, the progress was motivating! It's such a foundational movement, and once you get it right, you'll feel so much stronger. Next up, to target that core and lower abs, I swear by leg raises at home. These are super simple, and you can do them lying right on your living room floor! Just lie flat on your back, hands tucked under your glutes for support if needed. Slowly raise your legs straight up towards the ceiling until they're perpendicular to the floor, then slowly lower them back down without letting your heels touch the ground. This lying leg raises exercise at home really makes you feel that burn in a good way. Start with shorter ranges of motion if lifting both legs is too much, or try one leg at a time. Consistency is key here, and you'll notice a difference in your core stability. Another incredible full-body activator that's perfect for a home workout squat beginner female routine is the plank. Or, as some call it, the 'plancha exercise'! It looks deceptively simple, but it works wonders for your entire core, shoulders, and even your legs. Get into a push-up position, but instead of bending your elbows, rest on your forearms. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels – no sagging hips or sticking your butt in the air! Engaging your core like crazy is the secret. I started holding for just 20 seconds, building up my time gradually. It's an amazing way to build endurance and stability right in your home workout. And if you're feeling adventurous and want to add another great leg exercise, don't forget lunges en casa! They're brilliant for working each leg individually, improving balance, and building more leg power. Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Make sure your front knee is directly above your ankle and your back knee hovers just above the floor. Push back up to the starting position and alternate legs. Like squats, start with minimal reps and focus on controlled movement. Combining these into a simple home workout squats beginner routine is super easy. I usually warm up with some light stretches, then do 3 sets of 10-15 reps for squats, leg raises, and lunges, followed by 2-3 plank holds for 30-60 seconds each. It's a quick, effective home squat workout beginner female friendly routine that leaves me feeling accomplished without needing to leave the house. Remember, every little bit counts, and showing up for yourself is the biggest victory. Keep moving, keep pushing, and you'll be amazed at what you can achieve!
