私が「極限乾燥」ワードに惹かれて試したのが、エスト ザ ローションEX（T）とエスト ザ エマルジョンEX（M）。乾燥肌だと、季節の変わり目やエアコンで肌がつっぱって「何を塗ってもすぐカサつく…」って日があるので、まずは“続くうるおい”を重視して組み合わせました。 エスト ザ エマルジョンEXは、乳液なのにみずみずしいのが印象的。手の甲に出すと白く見えるのに、広げるとすっと薄膜みたいに伸びてベタつきにくいです。私は朝メイク前にも使いやすくて、ファンデがよれにくいと感じました（塗りすぎるとツヤが出やすいので、1プッシュ→足りなければ半プッシュ追加がちょうど良かった）。 “極限乾燥”対策として私が意識したのは、塗る順番とスピード。洗顔後すぐにエスト ザ ローションEXを入れて、乾く前にエスト ザ エマルジョンEXでフタをする流れにすると、時間が経っても頬のつっぱり感が出にくかったです。特に夜は、ローションを1回で終わらせず、少量を2回に分けて重ねると、もちっとした感触が安定しました。 タイプ選びで迷う人も多いと思うので、私のざっくり基準も置いておきます。ハリ感やもっちり感を優先したい日はローションをTタイプに。日中の乾燥・ツヤ不足が気になる日はエマルジョンをMタイプに寄せると、私の肌だとバランスが取りやすかったです。 香りはアロマティックフローラルで、スキンケア時間が“深呼吸タイム”になる感じ。強すぎる香りが苦手な方は、まず店頭テスターで確認がおすすめです。 最後に、乾燥がひどい日の小ワザ。エマルジョンを頬・口元など乾きやすい部分だけ重ねづけして、Tゾーンは1回で止めると、ベタつきと乾燥の両方を避けやすいです。「エスト ザ エマルジョン、実際どう？」と迷っている方の参考になれば嬉しいです。
