最近よく検索されている「ボディソープを香水代わりにしたい」「ドラッグストアで買えるデリケートゾーンソープが知りたい」って気持ち、すごく分かります。私も強い香水が苦手な日があって、そんな時は“香りの仕込み”をボディソープに頼る派です。 ■ボディソープを“香水代わり”っぽく使うコツ 私が意識してるのは「香りを残す」より「清潔感のある余韻を作る」こと。 ・洗う順番：最後に首〜デコルテ、腕を洗う（香りが飛びにくい） ・泡パック：ひじ内側や鎖骨あたりを10〜20秒だけ泡で包む（長すぎは乾燥の原因になるので短め） ・タオルの拭き方：ゴシゴシせず、押さえるように水分オフ ・仕上げ：無香料〜同系統のボディクリームで“香りの土台”を作る このやり方だと、マンゴーみたいな甘めの香りでもクドくなりにくくて、近づいた時にふわっと香る感じになりました。 ■ドラッグストアで買える？どこで探す？ 今回紹介しているGOAT’S MILK BODY SHAMPOOは私はドンキで見つけました。限定の香り（マンゴーなど）は入れ替わりが早くて、気に入ったものほど次に行くと無いことも…。見つけたら“即ゲット”が安心です。 ■デリケートゾーンは「普通のボディソープ」でもいい？ 私の結論は、乾燥・しみる・ムレが気になる人は専用品の方がラクでした。デリケートゾーンは皮膚が薄くて刺激を感じやすいので、香りが強いタイプや洗浄力が強いタイプだと、コンディション次第で違和感が出ることがあります。 ■ドラッグストアのデリケートゾーンソープ選び（私の基準） ・「デリケートゾーン用」と明記されている ・弱酸性、低刺激、無香料〜微香性（香り強めは避ける） ・保湿成分入り（乾燥しやすい時期に助かる） ・黒ずみケア系は“こすらない前提”で（過度な期待より、まず摩擦レス） ■使い分けのおすすめ ・全身：ヤギミルク＆ビタミンC配合みたいな、気分が上がる香りのボディシャンプー（マンゴーなど） ・デリケートゾーン：専用ソープを少量だけ、指でやさしく 香りは全身のソープで楽しんで、繊細な部分は別でケアする方が失敗しにくかったです。 ※肌に合う/合わないは個人差があるので、しみる・かゆいなど違和感が出たらすぐ使用をやめて様子見（必要なら皮膚科）がおすすめです。
