I've been praying... not just for answers, but for peace. For clarity when the noise of life gets too loud. For strength when my spirit feels weak. Lately, prayer hasn’t always been about getting what I want — it’s been about becoming who I need to be. Sometimes I don't even have the words, but God hears the silent cries too. This season has taught me that prayers aren’t always answered in the way I expect, but they are always answered in the way I need. Sometimes, answers do not arrive when we desire but rather when they are most suitable for our growth and well-being. Embracing this perspective helps reduce anxiety and fear surrounding uncertainty. Physical wellness, such as engaging in gentle workouts or mindful movement practices, also supports mental and spiritual health. Incorporating exercise routines that focus on breathing and relaxation can boost resilience and foster a more peaceful mindset. Ultimately, building trust in oneself and the greater process—whether spiritual or practical—allows for a gradual transformation toward becoming who we need to be. By nurturing this trust, we invite positive growth and openness to unexpected blessings while assuring ourselves that, indeed, everything will work out.
