Makes 2 quesadillas
✨ Ingredients:
- 113 grams shredded chicken breast
- 2 fiber wraps (whole wheat or multigrain)
- 28 grams shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- 28 grams diced tomatoes
- 28 grams diced red onion
- 5 grams chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for cooking
✨ Instructions:
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Spray the skillet with cooking spray or lightly coat with olive oil.
3. Place the fiber wraps in the skillet and warm them for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they become slightly crispy.
4. Remove the wraps from the skillet and set them aside.
