On Tuesday, I completed a 30-minute upper body workout targeting arms and abs, which left me feeling rejuvenated. Thursday included a 25-minute Pilates session with light dumbbells for strength and flexibility. Friday's workout was all about core strength with a focus on posture, featuring a medium-level ab workout and a 10-minute barre abs routine without planks. Over the weekend, I maintained activity levels with a 30-minute full body sculpting session on Saturday, blending strength and cardio effectively. Sunday became an active recovery day with a balanced workout designed to promote power and stability. Consistency and rest are crucial in any fitness journey.
