🍓 | DOPA DOPA

hi luvvss!!! finally tried out dopa dopa and here’s my #honestreview on it!

flavours we got from left to right:

1) ferrero

this was the first flavour i requested to try for the sample and it tastes just like ferrero rocher 🤤 but it could get a little sweet overtime so i ended up not choosing this (but my bf did and loved it!) ❤︎

2) dopatella

MY PICK!! has nuts inside, tastes like nutella but lighter! not so sweet too which is perfect for me. i loved how the crushed nuts added different textures to the ice cream ₊˚⊹ ᰔ

3) momo sencha

this was light and refreshing, with a hint of peach!! if you wanna go for something lighter for dessert, you can definitely opt for this ⟡ ݁₊ .

they also have a 1f1 on wednesdays from 12 to 5pm! do check them out if you haven’t~

Beyond just the delightful flavors I shared earlier, Dopa Dopa is known for its nut-based pelateria concept, which really sets it apart from typical ice cream spots. Each flavor feels thoughtfully crafted, blending nuts like pistachio, macadamia, and almond into smooth, creamy ice cream with interesting textures, especially from the crushed nuts. For those who love trying new desserts, the Momo Sencha flavor is ideal if you prefer something light and refreshing with a subtle hint of peach—perfect after a heavy meal or on a warm day. And if you’re a chocolate or hazelnut fan, the Dopatella flavor will satisfy your cravings without being overpoweringly sweet. I also learned from the signs at the shop that Wednesdays from noon to 5pm offer a 1-for-1 deal, which is an excellent opportunity to sample multiple flavors or bring a friend along! This makes it more budget-friendly to explore their entire menu which includes interesting options like roasted brown butter macadamia and kinako almond. For anyone visiting South Bridge Road or looking to explore Singapore’s famed dessert scene, Dopa Dopa offers a fresh and trendy choice that’s worth trying. Don’t miss out on their unique nut-focused takes on classic favorites like Ferrero Rocher and Nutella-inspired ice cream. It’s a must-visit for dessert lovers wanting something both delicious and innovative.

Hidden with skyline views & genuinely good food?!!
Came for the Marina Bay view, stayed for the FOOD. Didn’t expect this level of flavours at such affordable prices. What we ordered & loved: 🥓 Bacon cheese tart — savoury, peppery, addictive 🍗 Chicken rice arancini — local comfort, but make it fancy 🥥 Crudité with whipped cod's roll — u
