🍓| affordable cafe in CBD?!

📍salt and soul

visited on a saturday afternoon and it was relatively empty! staff was really nice and provided us bag hooks for us to place our bags too~

what we ordered:

🍝pasta al pomodoro $14

ordered this because i’m forever a tomato sauce girlie, but this was not bad~ tastes like how a standard pomodoro pasta would, but i would give their other mains a try next time ⭑。𖦹°‧

🌱cauliflower $13

this was so yummss!! crowned with toasted quinoa, this dish was so soft and tasted like potatoes 🤤 would defo recommend if you’re visiting this cafe!

overall, i think it’s pretty worth as the prices are affordable and the quality of their food is def there! vibes were really cozy as well, might come back again to try their other dishes ✧˚ ༘ 𝜗ৎ ⋆。˚

Beyond the pasta al pomodoro, which is a classic tomato sauce favorite, I found the cauliflower dish particularly impressive — soft, flavorful, and crowned with toasted quinoa for added texture. The cozy atmosphere complements the menu well, making it ideal for a relaxed afternoon catch-up or a casual meal. One thing that stood out was the attentive staff, who even provided bag hooks for convenience, showing thoughtful service that enhances the overall experience. While the menu isn’t extensive, the focus on well-prepared mains at reasonable prices makes it a great spot for foodies on a budget. I plan to return to try their other dishes, as this cafe seems to balance quality and price effectively. Whether you’re a local or visiting the area, Salt and Soul deserves a spot on your cafe list for affordable comfort food in a welcoming setting.
