had the yummiest dinner at drim the other day 𑣲

we went in not expecting anything but they actually had a menu with the samgyetangs that MODU serves as well~ however we decided to try the other items on the menu .ೀ

what we ordered:

bibim naengmyeon $28

iberico pork kimchi tofu stew $28

i looveedd the kimchi stew!!! was such a comforting meal on a rainy day~ it comes with glass noodles and rice is free flow ⋆˚࿔ would prefer more pork belly in the stew though ><

the bibim naengmyeon was alright imo but my partner liked it!! would def head back to try the samgyetang next time since they collabed with modu!

didn’t order kbbq this time round but the meat they grilled in front of us made us salivate 🤤 just look at how tender it looks!!!

What stood out for me was not only the rich, spicy stew accompanied by glass noodles but also the generous servings of free-flow rice, which made the meal very satisfying on a chilly, rainy evening. While the bibim naengmyeon was a bit more of a personal preference, my dining partner enjoyed it, so it is definitely worth trying if you like cold noodles. I also couldn’t help but notice the grilled meats being cooked right in front of us, looking incredibly tender and juicy—even though we didn’t order BBQ that night, I’m eager to come back for that experience. Don’t miss the chance to try their samgyetang on your next visit—it's a highlight of Drim's menu in collaboration with MODU and perfect comfort food! Also, finishing your meal with a refreshing plum juice is a delightful touch that rounds out the dining experience here.
