Places to visit (DC-MD)

National Gallery of Art : This is a nice place to visit if you like to just gaze at art even if you don’t understand them. I loved visiting the national gallery of art.

United States Capitol: I have only seen the capitol from outside and I would like to visit it someday.

The ClayGround Studio & Gallery: Perfect place to learn pottery. It was my first time attending and the teachers take you through all the steps perfectly

Washington Monument : I live in the DC-MD area and no matter how many times I drive by the monument, I still can’t get over how it looks especially at sunset

The African American Museum and the Smithsonian. There are soo many that unless you live there, you may miss so much history, technology and culture.

Love this! Even as a DC native, like you said, we often take the natural beauty of our historical sites for granted! Let’s get out and enjoy them all! ❤️
