Goals for the second half of 2026✨

I always used to be a big workaholic then I got hit with bunch of medications ( and 🌿).

But I monitor everything now bc of how my bodies been the last year.

symptoms: nausea, fatigue, brain fog, migraines(use 🌿 for this), aswell as when I push thru the symptoms and try to ignore it I get light headed then.

DO NOT TELL ME "go to the ER" bc the bills literally $200-$600 and all they do is give me antinausea meds and painkillers and just up my dose when I complained about pain

(they never do testing on me and when they do I get told call my GI, I would but he rather I get a new GI)

It's important to approach these challenges by carefully monitoring your health and listening to your body's signals, especially when dealing with overstimulation or light-headedness. Many people rely on natural remedies like cannabis (🌿) for symptom relief, particularly for migraines, which some find effective alongside or instead of traditional medications. Healthcare costs and experiences can be discouraging, as seen in the faced high ER bills and treatments that only manage symptoms rather than diagnose root causes. This highlights the importance of advocating for oneself in the medical system, seeking second opinions, and exploring alternatives like specialized care from gastroenterologists when necessary—even when such options feel emotionally or logistically challenging. Balancing health concerns with personal goals is essential. Reviving hobbies such as candle-making, painting, or sketching can provide much-needed creative outlets and emotional comfort. Additionally, transitioning into new career opportunities, such as starting a YouTube channel or podcast, can be empowering—especially when tailored to work around health limitations. Developing skills like public speaking and content management gradually helps build confidence and presence without overwhelming oneself. Overall, the journey involves persistence, self-care, and gradually setting achievable goals. Sharing experiences and progress on social platforms can foster community support and motivation, ultimately contributing to a more fulfilling and balanced life despite chronic health struggles.
