There are many hands-on contents such as photo spot, photo session, can badge making, etc.
However, ANNEX will not sell "Minitamatsume Hodai!," emblem work, and Tamagotchi Paradise, which are offered at the main store "Tamagotchi Fakutori!" on the 3rd floor.

The main store "Tamagotchi Factory ~!" was reopened on November 22, 2025, and is operating as an experience-based shop with the theme of a factory.
How to Enjoy December
At ANNEX (4th floor), there are plenty of easy-to-enjoy experiences such as photo spot and can badge making. Admission is free and no reservation is required.
Especially noteworthy are the collaboration Tamagotchi with mezzo piano, Y2K retro shakashaka pouch, 29th anniversary commemorative goods, etc. In addition, experience-based content is also substantial, and it is attractive that you can enjoy "experience" as well as purchasing goods.
At the main store (3rd floor), you can experience irresistible experiences for Tamagotchi fans, such as unlimited stuffing, collaboration products, and merchandise sales. Depending on the congestion situation, numbered tickets may be distributed, so it is recommended to check the latest information on the official website before visiting.

「たまごっちファクトリーどこ？」って迷いやすいので、行く前に私がチェックしたポイントをまとめます。 まず場所は東急プラザ原宿「ハラカド」。イベントのANNEXは4階の特設スペースで、同じ建物の3階に常設の本店舗「たまごっち ふぁくとり～！」があります。現地では“同じたまごっちファクトリーでも体験内容が違う”ので、目的（写真メイン／買い物メイン）で行き先を決めるのがラクでした。 フォトスポット目当てなら4階ANNEXがかなり満足度高め。巨大なたまごっち型ディスプレイ（ピクセルアートが映るやつ）は実物の迫力がすごくて、子どもも大人もテンション上がりました。あと「たまごっち壁面」系で探してる人に刺さりそうなのが、虹色の壁のフォトスポット。中央に余白があるので、家族写真も撮りやすかったです。工場でキャラクターが働くイラストも見応えがあって、背景にすると“たまごっちスペース感”が出ます。 グッズは、キーホルダー系（アクリル、ミニフィギュア入りの透明球体、ぬいぐるみキーホルダー）を中心に、見てるだけでも楽しいラインナップでした。スタンプ（Pochi Pom）のパッケージも可愛くて、ちょい足しのお土産にちょうど良い印象。限定やコラボ狙いの人は、売り切れやすいので早めの時間に見るのがおすすめです。 混雑状況については、入場無料＆予約不要な分、週末や夕方は人が増えやすい体感でした。混んでいるとデジタル整理券になる可能性があるので、私は「開店寄りの時間」か「夕食どきの時間帯」を狙って動きました。体験エリアは受付が20:00までなので、夜に行く人はそこだけ注意。 最後に大事な違い：ANNEXでは本店舗でできる“詰め放題（みにたま つめほ～だい！）”やワッペンワーク、Tamagotchi Paradise本体の販売は対象外とのこと。買い物や制作体験をがっつりやりたい人は3階、写真＆気軽な体験を楽しみたい人は4階、両方回るなら時間に余裕を持つのがいちばんでした。
