Read more「病院の領収書って、結局なにが必要?レシートでもいい?なくしたら終わり?」と不安になるんだけど、私も最初ここでつまずきました。結論から言うと、医療費控除は“病院の領収書があれば安心”だけど、領収書が完璧に揃ってなくても、ケースによっては整理して申告できることがあります。 まず基本。病院や薬局でもらう領収書・明細書・レシートは、提出しない年が多い(医療費通知を添付する場合など)けど、税務署から確認される可能性があるので5年間は自宅保管が必須。私はクリアファイルに「家族別×月」で突っ込むだけにして、確定申告の時にまとめて集計する方式に落ち着きました。 次に「医療費通知(医療費のお知らせ)」がある人。これがあると、明細書への個別記入を一部省略できてかなりラク。ただし通知に載っていない医療費(12月分の通院や薬局分など)は、別途明細に追記が必要になることがあるので、領収書は結局捨てないのが安全です。 じゃあ領収書をなくしたら?ここが一番検索されがち。私が調べて実際にやったのは、(1)病院に再発行できるか確認(病院によっては手数料あり)(2)診療明細書を代用として保管 (3)クレカ利用明細や支払証明書を集める、の順。どうしても書類が一切ない場合は、日付・支払先・金額・内容をメモして残す方法もあるけど、最終的には個別判断になりやすいので「ない前提」で突っ走らない方が安心です。 あと見落としがちなのが、通院の交通費。電車・バスなど公共交通機関は対象になりやすいので、私はスマホのメモに“日付/病院名/区間/金額”だけ記録してます(自家用車のガソリン代や駐車場代は基本対象外)。 最後に超実務のコツ。領収書は家族分を合算してOKなので、家計の「医療費箱」を1つ作るだけで難易度が下がります。申告時に慌てないために、今から領収書・明細・医療費通知を一箇所にまとめておくのがおすすめです。
