การได้ไปสัมผัสร้านมาตาเนะที่นครชัยศรีนั้นถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ผมอยากแบ่งปันให้กับทุกคนที่ชื่นชอบอาหารญี่ปุ่นแบบพรีเมียม ถึงแม้ร้านนี้จะตั้งอยู่ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองนครปฐม แต่บรรยากาศและคุณภาพอาหารที่ร้านมาตาเนะนั้นทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนหลุดเข้าไปในร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นที่ระดับสูงจริงๆ ผมได้ลองสั่งคอร์สราคา 699 บาทแบบ NET ที่รวมทุกอย่างครบจบทั้งชาบู ซาซิมิ และของหวานแล้วรู้สึกคุ้มค่ามาก เพราะซาซิมิที่นี่ชิ้นหนา สดและหวานฉ่ำ โดยเฉพาะแซลมอนกับทูน่าที่มีลายเนื้อสวยเห็นชัดว่าคุณภาพสูง นอกจากนี้ยังมีหอยนางรมเกาหลีสดๆ มาเสิร์ฟพร้อมท็อปปิ้ง 2 สไตล์ให้เลือก ทั้งแบบน้ำพริกเผากับหอมเจียว และแบบโชยุโรยงาซึ่งทำให้รสชาติหลากหลายและฟินสุด ๆ อีกหนึ่งเมนูที่ประทับใจมากคือกุ้งดองและแซลมอนดองซีอิ๊ว น้ำดองรสชาติกลมกล่อมซึมลึกเข้าเนื้อ สัมผัสแรกที่กัดลงไปคือความหวานและความนุ่มเด้งที่ละลายในปากจริงๆ ส่วนชาบูนั้นน้ำซุปกลมกล่อมไม่เค็มมาก ทานคู่กับเนื้อสไลด์บางๆ หมูคุโรบุตะและผักสด ผมรู้สึกได้ถึงความตั้งใจในวัตถุดิบและความสดสะอาดทุกจาน ช่วงท้ายมื้ออาหารได้ลองข้าวเหนียวมะม่วงที่มะม่วงสุกหวานและข้าวเหนียวนุ่มนวล ราดน้ำกะทิที่เข้มข้นกำลังดี ปิดท้ายด้วยวาฟเฟิลไอศกรีมที่อบมาใหม่ ร้อน ๆ กรอบนอกนุ่มใน ทานคู่กับไอศกรีมวานิลลาและผลไม้สด ทำให้มื้อนี้ของผมสมบูรณ์แบบสุดๆ โดยส่วนตัวผมมองว่าร้านมาตาเนะเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีมากสำหรับคนที่มองหาร้านบุฟเฟต์ครบเครื่องในนครชัยศรี โดยเฉพาะคนรักซาซิมิและบุฟเฟต์ชาบู เพราะราคานี้ได้กินทั้งคาวหวาน ที่สดใหม่และมีคุณภาพดี ในบรรยากาศสบายๆ ที่เหมาะกับการพาครอบครัวหรือกลุ่มเพื่อนไปอิ่มอร่อยจนจุกจริงๆ
