What I eat in my 30s #1

I am turning 32 in less than 2months. Trying to be more disciplined. I gained 20lbs(130lbs to 150lbs)from my dirty bulk lol. My goal now is to cut down some fat for the summer with a healthy diet where I can still eat whatever I want but in moderation. Los Angeles

I “accidentally” woke up at 12:30pm today. Got a small coffee and headed to the gym. Celsius is probably my favourite pre-workout drink. It helps me finish my workouts without jitters. I went to the gym twice today because I have a lot of energy today. I usually go to the gym 5times a week.

Workout 1:

• Cardio 35mins(Running and Walking on an incline)

• banded lower body workouts, db deadlifts, db goblet squats, db hip thrusts

Workout 2:

• Cardio 25mins(Running and Walking on an incline)
