⭐ How to use it on a computer
1.Install a Chrome Extension called Notion Web Cilpper
2. When you use it, press Notion Web Cilpper when you see the page you are interested in.
3. The system gives us the title of this page. We choose where to save it. Then press "Save page."
4. It will create a new item in the database. It will say "Open in Notion" can be pressed to read the article.
⭐ How to use mobile (Android system)
1. Install Notion app
2. Open the browser to the article or website you want to save.
3. Press the 3-point button on the top right. Select Share...
4. Share to Notion app
5. The system gives us the title of this page. We choose where to save it. Then press "Done."
6.This page information will be located at Notion immediately.

นอกจาก “กดแล้วเซฟ” แล้ว เราว่า Notion Web Clipper จะใช้ง่ายขึ้นมากถ้าเตรียมฐานข้อมูล (Database) ไว้ก่อนค่ะ เพราะเวลาคลิปจาก Chrome extension เราจะเลือกปลายทางได้เร็ว ไม่ต้องมานั่งหาหน้า/โฟลเดอร์ทีหลัง ทริคที่เราใช้คือสร้าง Database ชื่อประมาณ “อ่านทีหลัง (Read later)” แล้วทำ Properties ไว้ให้คัดกรองง่าย เช่น: - Status: To read / Reading / Done - Topic: งาน / การเรียน / ไอที / การเงิน - Source: Chrome / มือถือ - Date saved: วันที่บันทึก พอคลิปหน้าเว็บเข้ามา มันจะกลายเป็น item ใหม่ใน database ทันที แล้วเราก็แค่ไล่เปลี่ยน Status ตอนจะอ่านจริง ช่วยลดปัญหา “เซฟแล้วลืม” ได้ดีมาก ฝั่ง Chrome extension (Notion Web Clipper chrome) ตอนกดไอคอนส่วนขยาย จะเห็นหน้าต่าง UI สั้นๆ ให้เลือก Workspace และเลือกว่าจะบันทึกไปที่ไหน (หน้าไหน/ฐานข้อมูลไหน) บางคนเจอว่าเลือกฐานข้อมูลไม่เจอ แนะนำให้เช็ก 2 อย่าง: 1) ล็อกอิน Notion ในเบราว์เซอร์เดียวกันให้เรียบร้อยก่อน 2) ปลายทางควรเป็น “Database ที่อยู่ในหน้า (Page) ที่เราเข้าถึงได้” ถ้าเป็นเพจที่ไม่ได้แชร์สิทธิ์ไว้ extension อาจมองไม่เห็น อีกอย่างที่ชอบคือมันดึง title ของหน้าเว็บให้เลย แต่เรามักแก้ชื่อเพิ่มนิดนึง เช่นเติมคีย์เวิร์ดหรือใส่วงเล็บ (เช่น “สรุป/รีวิว/วิธีทำ”) เพื่อให้ค้นใน Notion เจอง่ายขึ้นภายหลัง และถ้าเป็นบทความยาวๆ เราจะใส่ Tag “ยาว” หรือ “อ่าน 10 นาที” ไว้ใน properties ด้วย กรณีใช้งานบนมือถือ Android ถ้ากด Share… แล้วไม่เห็น Notion ในรายการแชร์ ให้ลองอัปเดตแอป Notion และเปิดสิทธิ์ให้แอปทำงานเบื้องหลัง จากนั้นแชร์ไป Notion อีกครั้ง แล้วเลือกหน้าหรือ database ปลายทางเหมือนบนคอม กด Done ปุ๊บ รายการจะโผล่ใน Notion ทันที สุดท้าย ถ้าอยากให้ workflow เนียนขึ้น เราแนะนำให้ปักหมุด extension ไว้บนแถบเครื่องมือ Chrome (จะกดได้ไวมาก) และตั้งเวลาวันละ 5–10 นาทีมาไล่ “อ่านทีหลัง” ใน Notion สั้นๆ แค่นี้ Notion Web Clipper ก็จะไม่ใช่แค่ที่กองลิงก์ แต่เป็นคลังความรู้ที่กลับมาใช้ได้จริงค่ะ
