📍 why resign? (Short question but the meaning is effusive 55)

- The working process here is quite bureaucratic. Many steps (unlike the previous ones, which were also private bots). The working process and decision making are relatively slow, making the work less smooth.

- There is no one to guide (the main reason). A good job requires a head to consult and a person to support us, but here we feel like there is none. Sometimes it feels very funny.

- The working environment, compared to the old, is completely different. Here everyone looks at us as a child, framing us as a little boy, unable to think or decide anything. But in the old place, we are quite open to us to try many things, making us better. But now, when framed, it becomes a person who does not dare to think. Dare to do anything from a person with fire, so it becomes burned out. There is only a rough body to work, haha.

Read this, everyone is confused about why then leave the old place. The main reason is pure money, hahahaha. If wanting to grow up, have to leave the old place, come up with money, and the old head is quite Toxic, but any organization and colleagues are good, good welfare is good.

📍 resigned and what to do?

We quit to help our fans sell groceries at the school. Honestly, I don't think I have to be a vendor. But any life fate sends us to be a money count. > > Don't rely on each other because I can do a lot of self-masters. We work 7 days without a holiday. Because the sales stop = not money. One day I meet a lot of customers, some people are good. Some people live. There are, but the customers are the people who bring us money, so smile.

The advantage is that it's definitely freer than being an off girl and much more comfortable. You don't have to sit under pressure and have plenty of free time to do other things, such as being a content creator. Now, post often because you have free time to travel often.

📍 to prepare?

- Prepare money. This is the most important thing. Before we quit, we saved a sum of money to use when needed. And we also have a reserve fund to work. Leave and get a refund with interest (anyone has to do it because it's worth a lot of money if working for a long time). So get a little more money. Don't forget to plan the money well. How much money is needed to be enough because maybe the work can be slow / fast. If necessary, will not suffer.

- Prepare to find a job (in case of someone without a job support)

Can say that before resigning, if everyone does not have a backup plan, do not leave at all, because the job is rare, endure to do before until getting a job, because we used to have a design, do not have a job support, say that, do not dare to go out anywhere. If you really want to resign and can not really get a job first, or if you have enough reserves, you can come out to rest and find a job * * but should not exceed three months, because the money may run out first

- Prepare to clear the job and pass it on, because any time to quit can be issued comfortably.
