Last year we had the opportunity to work part-time at the IEEE PES 2025 of the Sirikit Center, an international conference on electric power. The atmosphere of the event was quite formal and attended by many organizations.
The function we choose when applying is Registration, which is the registration point for attendees.

จากประสบการณ์ทำงานพาร์ทไทม์ในงานประชุม IEEE PES 2025 ที่ศูนย์สิริกิติ์ ต้องบอกว่างาน Registration เป็นงานที่ละเอียดและต้องใช้สมาธิมาก เนื่องจากต้องรับผิดชอบการตรวจสอบรายชื่อผู้เข้าร่วมงานในระบบ สแกนคิวอาร์โค้ด และปริ้นบัตรเข้างานให้ถูกต้องรวดเร็ว รวมถึงให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานที่และช่วยตอบคำถามทั่วไป ในวันแรกของการทำงานจะรู้สึกว่างานค่อนข้างวุ่นวาย เพราะมีผู้เข้าร่วมลงทะเบียนจำนวนมาก ทำให้ต้องใช้ความเร็วและความอดทนสูง ข้อดีอย่างหนึ่งคือได้ฝึกความรวดเร็วและการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าที่เกิดขึ้นได้ตลอดเวลา เช่น กรณีระบบมีปัญหาหรือผู้เข้าร่วมงานสอบถามข้อมูลที่อาจไม่ครอบคลุมในเอกสารบรีฟงาน นอกจากเรื่องงานแล้ว การได้ร่วมอยู่ในงานอีเวนต์ระดับนานาชาติยังเป็นโอกาสที่ดีในการเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมการทำงานในองค์กรขนาดใหญ่ รวมทั้งได้พบปะผู้คนจากหลายองค์กร ตั้งแต่เจ้าหน้าที่จัดงานจนถึงผู้เข้าร่วมงานจากต่างประเทศ เรื่องเงินค่าจ้างถือว่าเหมาะสมกับการทำงานพาร์ทไทม์ โดยได้ค่าบรีฟงาน 200 บาทสำหรับเวลา 2 ชั่วโมง และค่าแรงวันละ 1,000 บาท ซึ่งจ่ายรวดเร็วไม่เกินหนึ่งสัปดาห์ รวมกับอาหารฟรี 1 มื้อ ทำให้รู้สึกว่าคุ้มค่ากับความเหนื่อยในการทำงาน ข้อแนะนำสำหรับผู้ที่สนใจทำงานประเภทนี้คือ ควรเตรียมความพร้อมทั้งเรื่องสมาธิและความอดทน เพราะงานมีช่วงเวลาที่ต้องรับมือกับคนจำนวนมาก แต่ก็สร้างประสบการณ์การทำงานอีเวนต์และพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดีมาก
