Big the man you are
Letting my hair dry naturally has become a routine I look forward to, especially after busy days when I want to minimize heat damage. At first, it felt strange not to grab a hairdryer or styling tools, but over time, I noticed how much healthier and softer my hair felt. Natural drying allows your hair cuticles to remain intact, reducing frizz and breakage. One trick I learned is to gently blot excess water with a microfiber towel or a soft cotton T-shirt instead of rubbing, which helps prevent split ends. Sometimes I apply a lightweight leave-in conditioner or a few drops of hair oil to keep my hair moisturized as it air dries. It's essential to avoid touching your hair too much during this process to reduce frizz. Of course, depending on your hair type and the climate, natural drying might take longer, so planning ahead is helpful. Sometimes, I finish with a cool setting on my hairdryer to add shine without damage. Overall, embracing natural hair drying has improved my hair's texture and reduced my styling time, which I highly recommend to anyone willing to try a healthier hair care routine.
