Insane Cav FLANKS!

Hey R6 Siege players! After watching some of my wild Caviera plays, I wanted to share some thoughts on how to really master those game-changing interrogations. It’s not just about getting the down; it’s about timing, map knowledge, and knowing when to commit to that crucial INTERROGATE. From my experience, the key to insane Cav flanks and interrogations often starts with Silent Step. You need to be a ghost, moving quietly to cut off enemy rotations or catch them off guard. Think about areas like 'EXT Veranda' or '1F Dining Hallway' on various maps – these are often high-traffic zones where enemies might be isolated or pushing, making them prime targets for a quick flank and a down. Getting a pick in a 4 VS 4 situation and turning it into a 4 VS 3 early can snowball the round in your favor, especially if you can then secure an interrogation. The adrenaline rush of downing an enemy and seeing that 'INTERROGATE' prompt pop up is incredible, but it’s a moment of high risk and high reward. Before you go for it, quickly check your surroundings. Is there another enemy nearby who could trade? Is your team in a position to push off the intel? Sometimes, just getting the kill and maintaining map control is better than a risky interrogation that gets you killed. However, when you pull it off, especially in those clutch 3 VS 1 or 4VS2 scenarios, the information you get is priceless. Knowing exactly where the remaining enemies are can instantly turn the tide, leading to 'YOUR TEAM WON ROUND' moments that feel incredibly satisfying. I’ve found that smart Cav players don't just hunt for interrogations; they use them strategically. For example, if the enemy has operators like Fenrir or Deimos, who can deny intel or create chaos with their abilities, getting an interrogation can be even more impactful. It overrides their intel denial and gives your team a pinpoint advantage. Imagine knowing the exact location of a Fenrir who just deployed his F-NATT Dread Mines, allowing your teammates to pre-fire or push safely! Beyond the direct intel, an interrogation creates immense psychological pressure. The enemy team knows they've been tracked, and suddenly their perfectly planned push or hold crumbles. They start looking over their shoulders, making mistakes, and often communicating less effectively. This chaos is a massive advantage for your team. It can lead to panicked retreats or aggressive pushes into unfavorable positions, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to eliminate enemies. Practice is huge. Learn common attack routes, listen for footsteps, and anticipate where enemies might try to re-frag. Don't be afraid to experiment with different flanking routes. Sometimes the most unexpected approach leads to the easiest 'DOWN' and subsequent interrogation. Calling out when you're going for an interrogation, or if you're retreating, is also crucial for team synchronization. The sheer panic an enemy team experiences when they hear 'ENEMY INTERROGATED' is a weapon in itself. They know their positions are compromised, and that often leads to mistakes, allowing your team to confidently eliminate the remaining hostiles. It’s truly a game-changer that can win you rounds you thought were lost. Keep practicing, and you’ll be pulling off insane Caviera interrogations in no time!
