Truly record the changes in my skin

Been battling acne for months, and this has been the worst breakout yet. 😩 Tried so many products, I know there’s a detox phase, but nothing seemed to work. I used exfoliating products before, but honestly, they didn’t make a difference. My acne is deep and painful, especially around my chin and neck, and it felt endless.

After two months of this, I couldn’t take it anymore, so I stopped using all skincare products, thinking they were the culprits. But surprisingly, my skin didn’t improve much... That’s when I realized it might be hormonal acne, especially since I’m 28. Women around my age are more prone to breakouts along the jawline.

So I went to a dermatologist, got professional advice, and started using new products. Over the past few months, my acne and scars have gotten so much better, and last month my skin showed huge improvements! If you struggle with acne, this product is totally worth trying!

The first pic is not even the worst my skin’s been – at that point, I had at least three times more breakouts, but it was so bad I didn’t even take photos. In the fourth photo, you can see only a few active pimples, the rest are healing scars. It shows how bad the acne was before it started to heal.

Now, I use this product 1-2 times a week, and my acne hardly comes back. Occasionally a few pop up, but that’s usually when I’ve been lazy with skincare for a few days. As for my diet, I’ve started cutting out greasy and spicy foods, something I struggled with before, but luckily my skin is way better now! 🥰

It took me so long to find the right skincare, tried so many products, but I’ve finally found one that works. I really hope my journey can help any of you struggling with acne. If this helps even one person, I’ll be so happy! 😊

Many women in their late 20s experience similar breakouts, particularly along the jawline, due to hormonal fluctuations. Visiting a dermatologist is crucial for tailored advice and treatment options. In addition to professional guidance, incorporating a gentle yet effective skincare regimen can help control breakouts. Products containing salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide can be beneficial. It's also vital to maintain a balanced diet by avoiding greasy and high-sugar foods that can exacerbate inflammation. Regular exercise and hydration are essential, as they help improve blood circulation and promote healthier skin. Always remember to use sunscreen to protect your skin from UV damage, especially if you're using products that increase sensitivity. Lastly, skincare is a personal journey—what works for one person might not for another, so patience and consistency are key in achieving clear skin.
