It’s incredible to reflect on how far we’ve come together. We started out in our little Dallas apartment, just the three of us (dad included), with endless giggles and late-night cuddles. Then, in 2016, our family grew with the arrival of my Zurie STAR after we moved into our beautiful home in Lewisville.
Now, here we are 10 years later in sunny California, looking like sisters as we embrace every exciting new chapter in our lives! I can’t help but feel a rush of anticipation for what the next decade holds for me and my not-so-little besties. Here’s to more adventures, laughter, and unforgettable memories ahead! 🥰

Looking back over the past ten years, I realize how much growth and change can happen in a family’s life. In 2016, I was a 22-year-old mom living in a small Dallas apartment with my husband and my two little daughters, who were just toddlers then. Life was filled with countless nights of cuddles and laughter, cherishing every tiny milestone. Moving into our Lewisville home marked a new chapter as our family grew with the arrival of my precious daughter Zurie. Fast forward to 2026, and it’s incredible to see how much more we’ve blossomed together. Now living in sunny California, my daughters are 10 and 11 years old, almost like sisters in spirit and appearance. Watching them grow into such vibrant, joyful individuals has been the greatest privilege. The past decade has taught me the importance of embracing each moment—both the chaotic and the calm—and making memories with those you love. Being a mom is a journey of constant learning and adapting. From those first sleepless nights to navigating school years and friendships, every stage has its unique challenges and rewards. Celebrating milestones and simply sharing daily joys with family creates a bond that deepens with time. Looking ahead, I feel excited and hopeful about what the next ten years will bring. More laughter, more adventures, and more unforgettable moments with my best friends—my daughters. Reflecting on our evolution from 2016 to 2026 reminds me that family is the heart of every experience, and growing together is a beautiful journey worth cherishing.
