High Protein Animal Based grocery haul 🍌🥒🍞🥩

I normally eat beef but I found a freezer full of limited Bison 🦬 and I had to stock up‼️❤️

Bison is lean and tastes amazing 🤩

I know bread isn’t animal based but I love sourdough occasionally 🫶🏼🍞

I also make steak and cheese quesadillas with the tortillas I bought - I need to start making my own though because I don’t love the ingredients in most store bought tortillas 😅

Also Haggen Dazs actually uses real cream/milk/sugar etc in their ice cream compared to most other brands filled with sugar alcohols and gums etc. their regular vanilla ice cream has MINIMAL ingredients 🍨🤍

In this grocery haul, we focus on options that not only boost protein intake but also prioritize quality. For instance, bison is a fantastic choice; it’s leaner than beef and provides a rich flavor profile that will elevate your meals. Sourdough bread, while not strictly animal-based, is a beloved condiment for many, especially when paired with savory meats. When selecting tortillas, it's essential to be mindful of ingredients—making your own can ensure you're avoiding additives commonly found in store-bought varieties. For dessert lovers, opting for ice creams like Häagen-Dazs can be beneficial since they contain real ingredients compared to many other brands loaded with fillers. Look for brands that prioritize quality and transparency in their ingredient lists. Incorporating organic greens like spinach and spring mix can balance out your meals, providing necessary vitamins and minerals. Always check for local, antibiotic-free dairy options, like mozzarella, which enhances flavor and nutrition. Make informed choices in your grocery shopping to lead a healthier, more protein-packed lifestyle!

What’s your favorite way to use the goat cream cheese? I always find delicious cheeses like that I would love to try but I can never think how to pair them💗
