Letting go isn’t easy… but it’s necessary for grow

I’m choosing to release anything that no longer aligns with who I’m becoming:

• toxic connections

• fear & anxiety

• negative thoughts

• habits that hold me back

Instead, I’m leaning into peace, purpose, and faith 🙏🏽

God is in control, and I trust His plan over my worries.

This is your reminder: you don’t have to carry everything. Let it go and let God handle it 💫

... Read moreLetting go is often one of the most challenging yet transformative experiences. From my own journey, I’ve found that identifying exactly what to release—whether it’s toxic relationships, unrealistic expectations, or negative self-talk—is a crucial first step. It’s not about suppressing emotions but gently allowing space for growth and healing. One practice that has personally helped me is integrating scripture into daily reflection, such as Ephesians 4:31-32, which encourages getting rid of bitterness, rage, and anger while embracing kindness and forgiveness. This approach has helped shift my mindset from anxiety to peace, reinforcing faith over fear. I also use tools like the Manna app for Bible study, which combines gamified lessons to keep me engaged and focused. Regular prayer has been another anchor, providing a moment to connect deeply with God and surrender control over worries. It’s important to remember that letting go doesn’t mean forgetting or ignoring your feelings. Instead, it means consciously choosing to not carry burdens that hinder your purpose. This brings emotional freedom and opens the door to soft living—a life marked by grace, self-love, and new beginnings. If you’re struggling with this process, try writing down what you feel ready to let go of and what you want to invite into your life instead. Slowly replacing destructive habits with positive actions can make a big difference. Above all, lean into your faith and trust that you are not alone in this journey.
