📖 Synopsis:

Brook, a single mother, has moved back to her hometown and started a new job as a prison nurse with her high school ex-boyfriend Shane in jail for her testimony.

Upon meeting again, Brooke begins to wonder if she remembers wrongly? Is the real unsub still floating?

The story alternates between the present time in the prison and the night of the crime scene 11 years ago, where a group of six friends arranged to spend the night at Shane's farmhouse on a stormy night until the attack.

I like the atmosphere of the prison and the lonely house in the middle of the forest. It looks haunting and suspicious. It's a chance to see who's the culprit. The story is fast-paced, not prolonged. There's a point to wow.

But there are many points that are not mechence and that end a little easily.

This story does not have Thai translation. English vocabulary is not difficult. Suitable to read, practice the language.

- We think the heroine believes people too easily. Feeling against a tough girl, a single mother nurse.

Like when Tim invited her to dinner at home and asked her to pick up wine in the basement, where the body was hidden, and when she came up, the police came up, and it was like setting up a scene.

- The old cases seem a little overdone, aiming for a single heroine, but handling other people who are not involved, even more escalating, even though the heroine has often been to Shane's house alone.
