Honoring our Military
May is Military Appreciation Month! 🇺🇸
At All About You Placement and Seniors Helping Seniors East Valley, we have the privilege of working with many incredible Veterans in our community. This month, we want to go beyond our daily work and turn our spotlight on the men and women who have dedicated their lives to our country.
Help us tell their stories. We are looking for local heroes (past or present) to honor on our social media pages throughout the month of May. Whether it is a parent, a spouse, a neighbor, or yourself—we want to say thank you!
How to get involved:
Please email us at support@allaboutyouplacement.com with:
✅ A photo of the service member
✅ Their name and branch of service
✅ Dates of service
✅ A little bit about them and their story
Let’s fill the East Valley with gratitude. We can’t wait to share these stories with you all!

Military Appreciation Month is not only a time to reflect on the sacrifices made by those in uniform but also an opportunity for communities to come together and express their gratitude. Having personally participated in local events honoring veterans, I have seen firsthand the impact that recognition and storytelling can have on both veterans and the wider community. Sharing stories helps preserve their legacy and reminds us all of the courage and commitment required to serve. In the East Valley, organizations like All About You Placement and Seniors Helping Seniors East Valley foster a supportive environment where veterans feel valued and connected. If you have a veteran in your family, whether they served decades ago or are currently active in the military, consider contributing their story. A simple photo, along with details of their service and personal anecdotes, can inspire others and strengthen community bonds. Many veterans appreciate when their service is acknowledged beyond the physical medals and ceremonies. It helps them feel seen and respected for their dedication. Additionally, younger generations gain a deeper understanding of history and the realities of military life. Participating in such initiatives not only honors our veterans but educates and unites community members. As we recognize those who served and those still in uniform, let’s also remember the families who support them and the seniors who have paved the way for future generations. Filling the East Valley with gratitude means celebrating every hero’s story with honor and pride. If you want to help, remember to email support@allaboutyouplacement.com with your submission, and be part of this meaningful tribute.
