My Week of Wellness Routines
My habits seamlessly integrate into my weekly wellness routine, because they're non-negotiable things that I do every day, in order to have work-life balance, and eliminate stress. It also fosters my productivity.
I do these habits every day, also on weekends, to maintain consistency, but working out 6 times per week, and walk 10.000 steps every day are new habits that I'm incorporating and actively working on. I tend to have good workout routines for a couple of months and then fall off, especially if I'm travelling, so I hope to improve and make fitness a part of my lifestyle this year.
Also, Sundays are my day of active rest and resetting for the week ahead.

Incorporating a structured weekly routine can significantly enhance your overall well-being. Start your week by setting clear objectives, such as practicing meditation each morning to foster a calmer mindset. Incorporate physical activity, aiming for at least 10,000 steps daily, and establish a workout plan that you can adhere to, even while traveling. Consistency is key—this includes adapting your workouts to fit into your life seamlessly. Additionally, consider integrating gratitude journaling into your daily practice. Reflecting on positive aspects of your day not only boosts mood but also helps in reducing stress levels. On weekends, make sure to have a dedicated ‘active rest’ day that allows you to refresh and reset for the week ahead. Having a firm routine will not only support your physical health but can also contribute to mental clarity and productivity. This cycle of reflection and action sets the stage for a balanced, enriching lifestyle that prioritizes your wellness goals. What habits do you prioritize in your week? I spend 3 days a week keeping up with a handicap 4 year old. I left her several times throughout the day. She loves to walk we walk most days for 2 straight hours. When not working I am cleaning house. I want to do more constructed type of exercise. I need more motivation. I have a treadmill and an elliptical.
