How to be Self-Disciplined

Self-discipline > motivation.

I talk about how I always rely on self-discipline and not motivation from balancing studying, working, and content creation, to now having switched career paths again, and managing freelance work with content creation, all while trying to live happy.

I was raised with discipline in mind, as my parents thought this habit to be extremely important, and grew up to be a very disciplined adult. Now, I love sharing how discipline can change your life too!

Self-discipline is a skill that takes time to develop. If you want to start, focus on:

〜 Setting clear goals and know WHY you want to be more disciplined?

〜 Create a morning routine that’s easy for you to stick to

〜 Be mindful of how you feel and your good/bad habits

〜 Stay accountable and check in with yourself

Save and follow these steps and stay consistent, I guarantee your life will change for the better!
