Whether you’re falling behind your 2024 goals and crave a more purposeful approach to achieving them, or you’re eager to refine your habits and routines for a more balanced and productive life, this challenge is made for YOU!
The goal is to dedicate time to your personal growth, casting off the winter blues and welcoming the revitalising energy of spring. The rules are simple and easy to follow, even if you have a busy schedule and struggle to carve out time for self-care, I got you 🫶🏻
This is what we’re focusing on the next 30 days:
⏰Wake up 1 hour earlier than you’re used to. Spend this time on your morning routine, or a habit that you want to implement.
☑️Focus on 1 habit. Add it to your routine and work on it every day. This is the perfect way to improve your habits by starting small.
💻Learn 1 new skill throughout the month. You can pick one of your 2024 goals or something that you’ve been meaning to learn for a while, either learn a new language, personal development, or taking a free online course. Dedicate time each week to work on it.
📖Read 10 pages every day. Perfect for reading those self-help books that you’ve been meaning to get to.
🖋️Journal every day. Whether you keep a gratitude journal, or start journaling by using my prompts, focus on journaling becoming a part of your daily routine.
