✨ Swap salty snacks for fruit - consuming too much salt leads to water retention and puffiness in your face. Fruit is a delicious snack to give you energy, heals your gut, and strengthens your immunity system. They are natural antioxidants and help with inflammation.

✨Drinking green tea - at least one cup in the morning. Green tea helps to reduce inflammation that causes puffiness. It also helps with overall weight loss.
