Food is SO important for brain health! 🧠 It literally keeps our brain working. It helps with focus, anxiety, memory, depression, and more. Here are some essential foods you should add to your diet:

✨ Salmon: my favorite source of protein. You can do blackened salmon spokes in the air fryer. Add a side of tomato/cucumber/onion/parsley salad and rice.

✨ Japanese sweet potatoes: current hyper fixation!!! These are sooo good and nutritious. I also eat these with salmon and add a side of sautéed spinach (also great for brain health)

✨ Adaptogenic mushrooms: 🍄 are so great for brain health as well as stress, anxiety, and focus. You can take them in gummy form, powders, or add mushrooms to your meals.
