The view from an airplane window, with clouds below and endless blue sky, can also be a reminder of the vastness and wonder of it all, shifting focus from fear to awe. Sometimes, I even visualize myself arriving happily at my destination, which helps to replace anxious thoughts with positive anticipation. These simple yet powerful techniques have transformed my flight experience, making travel enjoyable again.
