Learn to love yourself 🌸

It can take time and experience to truly love yourself - unconditionally. We are often so hard on ourselves and we are not displaying love. This is how I love myself:

✨ accepting that I’m not perfect: perfectionism caused me to love myself conditionally, rather than unconditionally. No one is perfect and accepting that takes the pressure off of yourself. You can start enjoying life.

✨ taking care of my body: find honor in eating right, going to therapy, seeking natural remedies, and moving your body. Your body is a temple.

✨accepting my physical appearance: view every part of your physical appearance as beautiful, even the parts you don’t like. Your “flaws” make you unique.
