My absolute favorite ritual is making a warm drink – whether it's a soothing herbal tea, which I always keep stocked, or a frothy, vibrant matcha latte. The act of preparing it feels like a small, comforting ceremony, and the warmth is incredibly calming. Sometimes, I'll even jot down a few thoughts in my journal, just to clear my head without any pressure. The Unbeatable Power of Fresh Air This is perhaps my most impactful tip for low-energy days, and one I can't recommend enough! When I feel sluggish or overwhelmed, even a short walk outside can completely shift my mood and energy.
