Iām 34 years old. Birthdays in July! Iām a cancer bb. I have two small kids. Lily whoās on the spectrum and my son Benjamin whoās neurodivergent himself having ADHD. They get theyāre looks from dad but there mental health from me. I am HUGE advocate on mental health and inclusion.
Youāll catch me outside most the time if itās not cold. I love taking pictures and run a little business on the side of my main career. Fishing, hiking, āgardeningā, camping, swimming. Anything outdoors Iām down. I have a restless soul so I am always busy doing something. I also have my medical maryjuana card. I garden for my chronic hip pain, anxiety and ADHD. āCalms my chi when I wanna go mile a minā.
